Too Easy

Actually following directions makes this whole diet thing way too easy for me--I'm used to suffering and having a hard time. What a change! I am sooooo glad to have done this diet and the results are amazing. Maintenance is now a breeze and I'm having trouble keeping the weight on. That's something I never thought that I would live to say!
