Easy Breezy

Now that I've decided to actually follow the rules, boy is maintaining easy breezy!! I lost all of the weight I had gained since LIW and lost 2 more lbs! All, just by following the rules of the game. See, I can still make gaining and losing weight a game. The key is to know and follow the rules. I'm truly enjoying this now and only have 4 more weeks until I restart my injections to lose my final 20 lbs.
