Got To Do Apple & Steak

Okay, so being good to make up for the cake and ice cream gorge isn't working, so I have got to do an apple and steak day today. Did I learn a lesson? Yes and no--yes, I do know what it takes to gain weight and no, I don't regret a single bite!!!!! Incorrigible is part of my genetic makeup.
