Another day of no weight loss. Like I said the other day, exactly a month ago I went through this and it lasted 13 days. Theoretically, I only have 5 more days of this to go.
I am just about ready to start Round 2 Phase 2 and I found the first time when I plateaued if I added more protein, maybe 4.5-5 oz total, it always broke the plateau. I also felt better. I am successfully finishing Phase 3 with no gain and lots of food. Excited to be heading back to Phase 2 and the last 10 pounds.
