Today I found that I had lost 1/2 of the pound I had put on so many days ago. I think that perhaps it signals the end of my current plateau. At least it's comforting to think so. On the brighter side, my clothes have continuously felt more and more loose on me so that's a definite plus. The other plus is that I'm never hungry and my cravings for sweets are really in control. Although I still long for them in a nostalgic way, I don't have to have them. Sometimes, just looking at someone else eat them is enough to satisfy me. Weird for someone that grew up on delicious desserts and Coke as a constant companion. Even the stevia I'm using is starting to taste better than just OK.

Still on Plateau
Another day of no weight loss. Like I said the other day, exactly a month ago I went through this and it lasted 13 days. Theoretically, I only have 5 more days of this to go.

Revisiting the Past
Another day on my newest plateau with yet another pound gained. I reviewed all of my past experiences in the past 6 weeks and discovered that I went through this exact same scenario exactly 4 weeks ago. So, perhaps, this is the cycle that my body goes through no matter what!! Based on that, I intend not to get the least bit upset this time around and just accept the fact that it will end and that I will lose more weight. I even did an apple day yesterday without any yielded results. So, that's how my body is and that's all there is to that. Maybe tomorrow will be a new day!

New Slowdown
Well, 3 days ago I lost another pound and have held steady at that point since then. So far, 25 lbs has been my total loss. I've seen overall improvement in the way my body looks. I've gone down 2 dress sizes. My areas that really need improvement are my waist and hips and saddlebag areas. The rolls on my back have almost gone away and I'm starting to see a waist. I've just passed the required 45 injection days, but I'm going to go on until I see that the injections are not preventing hunger. Why not?

Breaking of the Plateau
Well, I lost a pound last night marking the end of my latest plateau. The trend has been that I lose a few pounds then go into a 5-8 day plateau. I'm starting to let go of my attention on that and have started to pay attention to the fact that my clothes fit so nicely. I may not be losing pounds all at once, but I'm certainly losing tons of inches all around!

Slow Fits & Starts
Well, I'm on day 5 of another plateau. A true testament to what too many fad diets will do to a body. Hopefully, once I'm done with my HCG challenge all of that will have become a thing of the past. I know for sure that I'll never fad diet again!!! HCG is the only way to go.

Another Plateau
Last week I lost 2 pounds and now I'm on day 5 of another plateau. It seems that every time I lost anything more than 1 pound that I have to stay at that weight for at least 6 days. Talk about a resistive body to losing weight!! Hopefully, when this one is over I'll lose at least 3 lbs.
